Another self-hosted alternative to Bomgar is ScreenConnect. ScreenConnect, like Bomgar, is self-hosted but it is not appliance based (minus the 'Box'). Rather, ScreenConnect can be hosted on ANY Windows based system and is a one-time purchase (no monthly fees!!!). ScreenConnect starts at $275, much lower than most competitors. http://www.screenconnect.com/

An alternative to Bombar is RHUB remote access. Like Bomgar, RHUB is also an appliance that is deployed on-premise, but unlike them they (RHUB) also have web conferencing. It works on multiple platforms, and is fast, easy to install, and highly secure.
