Billings has a nice-looking interface, but it is lacking some important abilities. Billings cannot add interest or late fees to overdue invoices. And while its templates (for invoices, estimates, statements, etc) can be customized, there is very little support for this. The mfr. keeps referring its customers to special consultants who charge additional fees to modify the program's templates. Beware of this hidden cost.
