If ease of use is what you're looking for - maybe because your co-workers are lazy ;) - Bazaar may very well be the best place to start. It comes with a GUI out-of-the-box, so complaints about the command-line are nullified from the get-go. Unfortunately, IDE integration isn't quite ready yet, compared to SVN for example.
