This software is great because it has basic and expert modes, suited to simple mouse and keyboard recording and playback, or more complicated tweaking of macros. You can edit action delays, screen coordinates, add and remove actions, and create the perfect script. The DEMO version doesn't let you compile your macros into externally executable actions, but most uses for this are one-time anyways. Besides, setting up a macro is so easy that it's never a bother to get it going again - which you'd likely have to do anyways since most macros rely on windows, buttons, etc being positioned in a fixed place on the screen.
I've downloaded AutoHotKey 3 times and never figured it out, but this program is a cinch.
