Probably the best free anti-virus around. Have been using it since 7.5 and it keeps getting better. Loads of useful features and it's pretty CPU friendly too!
Worked with AVG since 6.0 till 8.5 and saw the program becoming more bloated every release, now I'm running Panda Cloud AntiVirus which has less options and less unnecessary bloat.
Uses many times less resources than anyone else and is very intuitive. I really like this software. :)
Poor detection, I have had many issues with it finding viruses. I had users uninstall it and install Avast and they found viruses.
I would suggest moving to avast.
To many false positives, to many computers I've had to clean that were running it lately. I now stay away. Maybe it will improve again next version.
