Really safe. Auslogics products I've been using for 2 years.

Automatically inserts itself in your scheduled tasks, non-registered only cleans files.

I don't like that it puts itself in your scheduled tasks by default. Even if you turn off scheduling it still has itself set to start with Windows. Since it's in scheduled tasks you can't disable it with msconfig or the Win10 Task Manager. You have to go to Scheduled Tasks or use something like Autoruns.
And for all this, the non-registered version won't do anymore than than CCleaner will.
I can't recommend this.

Auslogics software has really helped my computer run right

about Auslogics BoostSpeed Aug 2015

I run a small computer software company mainly for school sports. In the process I have run Auslogics Boost Speed and I really like it. It maintains my computer pretty much without my attention and gets rid of most of the accumulating junk that is left behind by software apps. I also use four other Auslogics programs. Ccleaner, Driver Updater, Registery Defrag, and Anti-Malware. They are all excellent. If you are needing some software to maintain your computer in excellent running order.

It's a good program but I can't test it because its trial is limited.

CNET recommends this software, and I trust CNET

I found Auslogics Boostspeed through CNET when looking for reviews of system utilities. CNET gave it 5 stars and from the program description it sounded exactly like what I was looking for, so I got it. It’s been serving me well for about 2 years now and I have never felt the need to look for a replacement. I have upgraded to version 7 just recently and although it took a bit getting used to, since they redesigned the interface, I find it to be an improvement over the previous version, just as expected. If you are not sure about this or another software program, just check out what CNET has to say about it, it has never failed me.

I love it when everything is in one place. Thanks to Boostspeed, I keep all the tools I need under one umbrella. That helps me spend even less time on computer maintenance and privacy tasks and keep my machine in top condition. Really good stuff

No freezes, no long startups or unexpected shutdowns anymore!

about Auslogics BoostSpeed Sep 2014

My computer works like a well-oiled machine, all thanks to Auslogics BoostSpeed. It does not freeze as often as it used to, it loads and powers down in seconds, the Internet is snappy and shows the speed that I pay my ISP for. Can’t ask for more, BoostSpeed is doing its thing just right and I hope it keeps up the good work for a lot longer. The only thing I don’t like in this program is cartoonish elements that are used to describe system health, but that’s just my opinion…

So many options out there, but this is one of the best!

about Auslogics BoostSpeed Sep 2014

Up until about a month ago I had no idea I needed to do maintenance on my computer. I was sure computers could maintain themselves well enough, at least for the short lifetime they seem to have these days. Someone opened my eyes to the whole concept of computer maintenance and I started looking for software that could preferably do it automatically for me. Gosh... all the options out there are enough to confuse anyone! A colleague helped me sort through the information I’ve dug up and choose a couple of options, Boostspeed being one of them. From what I understand, this is one of the most highly rated programs and I’ve seen a lot of happy user feedback online in addition to the expert comments. Sounds like it will be easy to use and can do things automatically, which is very important for me. Will try it out this week. Hope I don’t have to change my review afterwards... Lol

Fixed BSOD problem perfectly

about Auslogics BoostSpeed Sep 2014

My computer was blue-screening non-stop, it could restart for no reason up to 6 times a day, although one time would be enough to unnerve me. I went looking online for possible causes and found Auslogics, read a bunch of reviews and decided to take my chances and wasn’t disappointed. The app worked beautifully, it resolved my BSOD issue and made my computer faster in general. While at it, I took advantage of other features and cleaned out a ridiculous amount of temporary files and other kind of system junk (about 20Gb freed). Since then Boost Speed is my go to fixing app and I strongly recommend it to anybody.

Crystal clear program for not advanced PC users

I tried many programs from auslogics and what I really love about them is how easy they are to use. There’s none of that tech gobbledygook you see practically everywhere else, everything’s clear as crystal and the feeling that it was made by humans for humans never really abandons you. Their software speaks to me and I have no trouble understanding what it says
