we are a small company providing infrastructure management services of information technology to small and medium enterprises. Formerly worked reactively trough remote access tools for solving our "tickets". Not a good / beneficial solution for us nor for the customer. For this reason, we used the Atera where we are quite satisfied with the proactivity of the solution as well as the incident management. I strongly recommend to Atera as RMM solution.

Our company working with Atera many years (I actually 5 years). The main future that we are most appreciate is Atera MailShield. I talk about thousands of users in hundreds of domains.
The extremely easy to create, log, white/black list, relay and so on, no guru no crazy Russian Linux-iods need any more...
Another one Big thing is Atera Datashield, cloud storage backup client for most common services: SQL, EXCHANGE (no Granular...yet), Files. From last update all management was refurbished, and all that we need browser opened on port 5000
Easy setup, easy backup and easy restore, what more?

We are a IT Support team located in Regional Australia and had searched for a long time. Trying to find one solution to help us maintain our commitment to our clients, and this has been an interesting journey. When we found Atera we were able to put all the bits and pieces we had plugged together aside and start using 1 primary product that enables us greater control over how we manage our client support. Not so long ago, we implemented Atera in our systems. I must say that it went beyond our expectations. Also very surprisngly, when we made a suggestion for some new features, they made it true in an update.
The pricing is just correct, you pay for what you get and more.

Saving money is easy and better pricing toward customers is no big problem anymore!

We are a Small Business IT Support company and MSP. For many years we have had to put together a disparate set of tools to provide the level of support our customers demand and give us the control and visibility we require. This involved multiple subscriptions for the help desk component, the ticketing system, CRM module and of course the remote management and monitoring component.

Along comes Atera with a set price per user/engineer with all the tools in one box. A welcome breath of fresh air and thoroughly recommended for any company in IT support or MSP services.

We now use the Atera system for a few years and each time they implement new useful functionality which we can use to work even more efficiently. Great system and great support when needed. We monitor all of our custumers servers and workstation without having to pay per unit. Our policy: every unit added to a custumers system has the AteraAgent on it!!

Atera is young, and still being improved every day, but for this price point its almost impossible to get better value. Atera combines monitoring, comprehensive SLA and Service Desk management (tickets, customer surveys etc.) and tracking of time and subsequent invoicing.

And everything is 100% cloud based.

Atera can still use some more depth with certain features, and is only available in English, but it's a very nice product at a very competitive price level.

Since it's a subscription product you can get out if it's not for you. Doing a trial is worth putting some time in.
