Connect it to CRM systems. Hardware available for all types of phone lines all over the world. Open source. Use softphones, sip-phones, analog phones, isdn phones, fax, ... Create callthrough and callback solutions, or distributed work environments. Combine telephony and internet. This software is one of the greatest solutions in the world of voice communication - especially when thinking about innovation and creative solutions. Strongly recommended!
