Does anyone use remote desktop control from Ammyy? http://www.ammyy.com

Whatever you say ammyy admin is the easiest way to first run session.
Nothing else can provide 3 clicks connection (application start, ID's exchange, connection confirmation).

Basically for this reason we use it for our helpdesk and netmeetings.

kwantum, you may think what you want, it's absolutely up to. Choosing whether Ammyy or TV is a matter of preferences. You can't deny Ammyy is easier in use and more suitable for helpdesk as well as i can't deny TV is a more sophisticated tool.

I'm guessing your an employee of Ammy because your wrong on all parts, Ammy isn't free either for business use and TeamViewer can be bought so don't have to look at those ads. The disconnects probably have something to do with your crappy provider or pc!

Your just trying to promote Ammy rather then giving a solid trustworthy comment, go and use Ammyy if you like and leave us professional users be.

ISL Light isn't free, TeamViewer annoys a lot with ads and disconnects every 5 mins. Ammyy let's you work without all this bull****t.

ISL Light and TeamViewer are both very fast in setting up a connection, it only requires the user to actually do something. That feeling of doing something is much appreciated by users.

Ammy's support is very poor and they hardly speak any good English, half the time they don't even understand what you are saying. For a professional business this is unacceptable!

To my mind Ammyy Admin offers almost the same set of features that TV does. It's a bit easier in use than TV and, no doubts, beats it from the point of steps number to be taken to start first session. Who disagree please provide other software examples which can set a connection in 10 seconds! My answer is - nothing can!

Re: industrial spionnage - looks funny! Is it a thing one can think of seriously? Why don't you suspect TeamViewer in espionnage then? The latter has more possibilities to do that by the way.
