Today I wanted to separate from a TV operating instruction with 235 pages the first 39 German-speaking pages. After this neither with "Adolix Split & Merge PDF" (max. 50 sides are possible) nor with "PDF Split and Merge functioned 1.1.4", now I found in the 3rd approach an excellent free pdf tool with which the Spliten of this so big pdf file functioned perfectly:
PDFill PDF Tools are FREE PDF Toolbox to Merge, Split, Reorder, Encrypt, Decrypt, Rotate, Crop, Reformat, Header, Footer, Watermark, Images to PDF, PDF to Images, Form Fields Delete/Flatten/List, PostScript to PDF, PDF Information, Scan to PDF, and Create Transparent Image.
Details see "http://www.pdfill.com / pdf_tools_free.html"

Because "Adolix Split & Merge PDF" has an official limit of max. 50 pages to split, I tried "PDF Split and Merge 1.1.4". With this software it also was not possible to split the big pdf-file: no splitted file was produced. Now, hence, I search a functionally equivalent application as a Freeware or "Open Source" with which one can split so big pdf documents.

"Adolix Split & Merge PDF" had proved itself up to now with smaller documents very well. Official limits: 50/5 sides for the "Split/Merge" process. Today I wanted to split away from a TV manual with 235 pages in several languges only the first 39 German-written pages. This was not possible and led to an error message. Now, hence, I search a functionally equivalent application as a Freeware or "Open Source" with which one can split so big pdf documents.
