The installation of AVG LinkScanner unfortunately cannot be finished, if you use Avast Free Antivirus 5.
After my unfinished installation experience I must inform, that the following information on http://free.avg.com/de-en/linkscanner is wrong: "Compatible with all popular antivirus and security suite products".
AVG should remove this misleading information or make the AVG LinkScanner compatible to Avast Free Antivirus 5.
The result of my installation attempt on a system with Avast 5 you can see in the 4th screenshot of http://alternativeto.net/desktop/avg-linkscanner.
