Another self-hosted alternative to Bomgar is ScreenConnect. ScreenConnect, like Bomgar, is self-hosted but it is not appliance based (minus the 'Box'). Rather, ScreenConnect can be hosted on ANY Windows based system and is a one-time purchase (no monthly fees!!!).
