In general, PDFs are more fun to read with a full HD resolution monitor, because 2 full pages (View/Facing + Zoom/Fit Page) are clearly readable.
A unique feature that i love very much is, that in full screen mode closing the app is possible with "Escape" in addition to Alt-F4 (look for the "Swift Tabs" extension to close Firefox tabs with Escape):- download a post 1.0.1 version from http://blog.kowalczyk.info/software/sumatrapdf/prerelase.html- run Sumatra PDF once with the parameter -esc-to-exit (a persistent setting stored in sumatrapdfprefs.dat)- switch to full screen once (there is no GUI option, but the setting gets saved)
Pages can be also turned with cursor right/left.
