    Advantages of Adobe PhotoShop Express:
    + It is very easy to share the photos with your "Windows Mobile" device.

    Weak Points:
    - Added text is always transparent, you cannot choose the color of the text background
    - No frame for text available
    - You can upload only jpg-files, no png-files or other picture-file-types
